[연구목표 및 분야(기능성식품 및 영양유전체학 연구실)]
본 실험실의 연구목표는 다음과 같다.
– 식품성분의 섭취가 건강 및 질병관련 유전자의 발현에 미치는 영향을 연구하며,
– 개인의 유전적 차이에 따라 식품 및 약품 성분에 대한 반응차이 등을 연구하여,
– 분자생물학적 지식을 기능성식품과 접목시킨 개인별 맟춤형 기능성식품 개발을 통하여 궁극적으로 인간의 건강수명 연장 및 삶의 질 향상에 기여하고자 함.
-항미반, 항당뇨, 항염증, 항산화에 효과적인 생리활성물질 발굴
-Co-culture를 통한 항비만, 항당뇨,항염증, 항산화 사이의 연관관계 구명
-천연물 성분의 대사증후군 개선 효과 구명 및 기능성식품소재화 연구
